It’s clear to say that the latest UFC game is shaping up to, at the very least, be a game that will be quite pleasing to the eye.
Animations look smooth and models seem to react well to taking damage. One could easily be forgiven for taking a quick look at the screen and thinking this is a real match.
I do have to say that the audio commentary and overall voice over work seems to be slightly stiff and off, more-so than in previous installments of UFC games. I’m not sure how THQ did it, but in the case of EA I can assume they just lifted the announce code from one of their other sports titles.
Also, is the inclusion of the legendary Bruce Lee really necessary in a game like this?
