Crash Fever Kicks Off THE KING OF FIGHTERS ’98 Crossover Event

WonderPlanet, announced today a major crossover that brings THE KING OF FIGHTERS ’98 characters to Crash Fever in a special crossover event taking place in-game from July 28 through August 4, 2017.

Set amidst an anime-inspired “virtual world” known as ALICE, Crash Fever combines match-style puzzle gameplay with exciting role-playing quests. Players simply use one tap on colored game panels to smash and clear like-colored panels from the screen. Players around the globe describe the game as “addicting”, “awesome”, and “super fun”. Crash Fever is free to download (with in-app purchases) for iOS and Android devices.

New crossover quests starring THE KING OF FIGHTERS ’98 characters include: “Left-Handed Hysteria” with Ryuji Yamazaki, “Kim’s Rehab Trial” featuring Kim Kaphwan, “A Cocoon to a Butterfly” with 6-star “Innocent Kaleidoscope” Chris, and “Saxophone Under the Moon” with 6-star “Unbridled Instinct” Iori Yagami.

The “A Cocoon to a Butterfly” quest pays special homage to THE KING OF FIGHTERS tradition by having players do battle using 3-fighter teams. The crossover quest action gets more intense with an event-themed Fever mode featuring KOF visuals and music.

KOF ’98 Crossover Hatchers will feature limited edition units including: Kyo Kusanagi, Mai Shiranui, Benimaru Nikaido, Ryo Sakazaki, Yuri Sakazaki, Terry Bogard, Andy Bogard. Crash Fever players can check in-game for additional details.

Players will also have a chance at obtaining 6-star awakenable unit KOF ’95 Kyo Kusanagi, as well as KOF-inspired “titles” by completing crossover missions. The action also includes awesome Daily Login bonuses over 10 days.
