Injustice 2 has been the worst kept secret of this year. We all pretty much knew it was coming and thanks to Gamestop screwing the pooch with that poster, we knew it was official before it was official. Now Neatherealm and Warner have done us a solid by releasing the firs teaser trailer for Injustice 2.
The video doesn’t show any gameplay, but it does give us a lot of hints on just what we can expect. Most of the main core members of the Justice League are here with Superman, Flash, Batman and Aquaman,but we also get a peek at a new character in the form of Supergirl.
Wonder Woman is nowhere to be seen, but we can no doubt expect here to be in the game. Another thing that we see is the new mechanic the game is looking to play with. It seems that each character can armor up on a whim to buff their fighting style against their opponent.
Not sure how this will play out in-game, but it does make sense if you are taking on Superman, or if you’re Green Arrow taking on pretty much anyone else. The last game did something with strength pills or something, so at least this makes a little more sense.
