BAD GUY COMCAST ALERT: It’s sad when this is quickly becoming a regular feature…
You may remember a few weeks back while the big story broke about a Comcast customer getting a less the pleasant name. Well, it looks as if Comcast is at it gain, this time with one Mary Bauer, 63, of Chicago.
The local news affiliate reports that Bauer faced a cable signal continually kept shutting off, and she had been repeatedly calling to get the problem resolved. She had a total of 39 technicians come out in a very short span. Finally one of the Comcast techs got things right, but after they did, her cable bill stopped coming in the mail.
After calling to see about the bill that had not showed up for four months, she finally got a bill mailed to her. Well, to someone by a slightly different name than what is printed on her driver’s licence.
The bill (which was still sealed when revealed to the local news reporter) had the name “Super Bitch Bauer” printed on the address line.
Comcast provided a statement saying “We are investigating this thoroughly and will reach out to our customer.”
